Testing out Pearltrees
Pearltrees is a great information curation tool and concept, the more time you spend with it the more you will appreciate its capabilities. I still have a lot to learn.

This past week I tested out desktop and mobile Twitter applications for Dr. Ward’s Social Media Theory and Practice class. Several of the apps I was already familiar with and used frequently, while others I had never heard of.
Here’s a quick run down of my “twexperiences” with each app.
Workplace Social Media Policy
Monday night I joined #socialchat, a discussion board on social media in the workplace. It was my first tweetchat, and I must say I picked a great one.
The chat was moderated by Alan K’necht (@aknecht), author of The Last Original Idea and featured special guest Jure Klepic (@jkcallas), who is a marketing and social media consultant as well as a speaker and educator on using the common sense approach in social media.
